PAconnect has the latest remote support systems that will allow out technicians to work remotely to fix your system immediately over the internet. With these tools at our disposal we can fix many problems without having to send a technician on site or having you bring your system into our shops. This saves your money and most importantly time.

Time and materials on a per call basis:
This service is available on site in your home or office and also in our shop. All inclusive managed service agreement:
These plans are for monitoring and proactive administration and maintenance of your network and computer systems, these plan can cover basic services like maintaining your system backups and server management at a flat fee per month to complete soup to nuts care for your entire company systems for a flat fee per month.

After entering into a support agreement with us you will have your own customer support portal to manage your support requests. You will also have the options to email us or call into our help desk to initiate a service request. You will also have a technician assigned to your account that will know you, your company and your systems.
