Where we work

We didn’t expand into
Western Pennsylvania.
We started here.

Eleven counties across Southwestern Pennsylvania, worked from East Pittsburgh Street in Greensburg since 1981. The vans go out from here every morning.

The middle, not the edge

Everyone covers this map. We are standing in the middle of it.

Any provider in the region can list the same eleven counties, and most of them do. The list is not the useful part. Where the office sits is.

A firm working out of Pittsburgh has Westmoreland County at the end of its reach. We have it underfoot, and everywhere else arranged around it. That has been true since 1981, and it is the one thing on this page a competitor cannot match without moving.

Ask anyway. We already have clients outside these counties, and some outside Pennsylvania.

Straight answers

What people ask before they call

My town is not on the list. Are you still interested?

Probably, and it costs nothing to ask. The counties above are where most of our clients are, not a boundary we police. What actually decides it is the work rather than the mileage — so tell us what you need and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people.

We are not in Pennsylvania at all. Is that a problem?

Not necessarily, and we have clients outside the state already. Some of what we do needs somebody in the building — cabling, cameras, a server that will not come back up. A good deal of it does not. Phone systems are the clearest example: we build and program the handsets here, ship them to you, and they come up on your desks configured. If you are further afield, the question is which half of the work you need, and that is a short conversation.

Do I need you nearby if most support is remote?

Most of what goes wrong is fixed without anyone driving anywhere, and that is true of any provider worth hiring. Proximity matters for the rest — the cabling, the cameras, the server that will not come back up, the day you are moving offices. Those are the days you find out where your provider actually is.

We have more than one location. Does that change things?

It is ordinary work for us, and it is one of the more common reasons businesses call. Sites in different counties, or a building that grew an extension, are the normal shape of what we are asked to connect.

Tell us where you are and what is not working

A conversation about the business rather than a quote for a box. If you are near the edge of the map above, say so — the honest answer is often yes.
